I hope that this site is helpful to you in finding the information about Gay Life in New York City that you are looking for..... This site was started (in the summer of 1997) because for many years I lived in a "gay ghetto." I feel it is very important to document this period in gay history....Over the course of gay life, alot of bars, clubs, and nightclubs come and go. This website is here to document some of what I call, the gay history of New York City. I have broken the sites down into neighborhoods for your convenience.
