I do not charge an hourly fee, I charge a flat fee for all apartments. It's not possible for me to know in advance how long a client's apartment is going to take me to clean every time I visit. Every apartment is different, each client's needs are different, and each apartment will not (usually) be in the same state of dirtiness when I arrive each time. So I find it easier to charge a flat fee instead of an hourly one.
these are the usual amounts I charge, rates might be higher or lower depending on pets, size of family, amount of dirt, etc.
Also, please let me know in adavnce of any cats that might be on premises. So I can take allergy medication before arriving. -Thank you
